This lovely little 3 star has excellent standard rooms following the refurbishment carried out in 2001/2002. An inspection was carried out in Spring 2002 following the refurbishment with impressive results.
An impressive greating after accessing the entrance is always a great plus, but the hotel also benefits from a clean and openly Lobby, with the breakfast Restaurant located adjacent to the main reception.
The rooms are all spacious and with nice new marple bathrooms from ceiling to floor. All the superior rooms are popular as they offer balcony with seating space. As the hotel is located in a quite residential area, the noise level is low.
The excellent location of the Hotel Mitre, on quiet Calle Bertran next to Ronda de Dalt and surrounded by several modes of public transport, permits easy access to the most important points of interest in Barcelona. Plaza Cataluna is only 8-10 minutes away.
57 Double bedrooms, the hotel has no singles so all indivual guests will also have a double room.
