Madeira Regency Palace is a cliff-top oceanfront resort, offering panoramic views over tropical gardens, the Atlanic Ocean and Europe's highest sea cliff, the Cabo Girao. The hotel features Portuguese colonial-style architecture, finely decorated with traditional custom-made Portuguese furniture and fabrics. The hotel was opened in 1987 and has private access to the sea and a large heated seawater pool with children’s pool. The majority of the apartments face the Atlantic Ocean and the harbor, where one can enjoy the most spectacular sunrises.
