Hotel is located in the heart of Bergen, only 200 m from the main pedestrian shopping street, Torgalmenningen. A public swimming pool and fitness centre is located just a short distance from the hotel. The hotel opened in May 1994 and is a part of Rica's economy hotel concept. A centrally located, high-standard hotel with a pleasant interior and, above all, reasonable prices. Hotel offers 144 double/single rooms - 232 beds in total. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, TV and mini bar. Wireless Internet. The conference department has one conference room with capacity for up to 60 people, in addition to two smaller meeting rooms. All rooms are furnished in a modern style, with basic AV-equipment, flip over, overhead, whiteboard, TV and video.
