De la Ville is actually called "salotto buono" - the place where fashion people, artists and important businessmen meet. Located in a strategic place among the Duomo, La Scala Opera House and the elegant stores of Via Monte Napoleone, the hotel gives the impression of being a private home. The rooms and the suites, preciously furnished and equipped with the most modern technology, guarantee a perfect welcome even for the most demanding clients. The hotel has 105 rooms and 4 suites tastefully decorated. For the wall coverings of the rooms were used silks of different shades and patterns, coordinated with the various motives of the decor. Precious Italian marbles have been selected to cover floors and walls of all bathrooms. L'Opera restaurant offers elegantly served Mediterranean cuisine with a vast selection of wines. The Oyster Bar on the above floor is a meeting place for an aperitif and for those who like quality food but have little time. On the first floor there are conferences facilities for up to 80. The meeting rooms feature all modern equipment. Fitness club with its water-massage tub, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area, is available free of charge to all the guests. Completing hotel's facilities is a covered, heated pool on the top floor, with a marvelous view of the spires of the Duomo. In the summer there is also a spacious solarium.
