The hotel is situated in northern district Handschuhsheim. Heidelberg’s city center is a mere seven minutes away. In 2000 the entire Hotel and Restaurant Auerstein complex was refurbished and now blends traditional elements with contemporary convenience and modern technology. Each of the 15 rooms has its individual charm. In the summer of 2003 our restaurant was redesigned in order to reflect the straightforward elegance with which we envision the idea of hospitality. The cuisine is fresh and seasonal with an Italian touch and at the same time not neglecting regional specialties.
