The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial estate about 35 minutes walk or a 5-10 mins drive to the centre of Innsbruck. This is a large stone building with an interesting shape, (not a block). Some rooms have balconies. The hotel rooms vary in size. They have been completely renovated in February 98. They have light natural wooden features and white washed walls. The bathrooms have also been completely renovated. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor. It is bright and colourful in design.
