Eighty One – new restaurant in New York
Ed Brown, who served as an executive chef at one of the best
restaurants of New York - Sea Grill, and who is named among the best creative
chefs of the world, opened his own restaurant - Eighty One in Manhattan,
opposite the American Museum of Natural History.
The restaurant offers a
choice of delicious seafood dishes: New Bedford’s scallop, foie gras ravioli, fennel
cream and frog legs (from Florida). The interior is classic style and creates the impression
of a hall in some rich countryhouse. The restaurant is designed with red velvet,
walnut furniture, engravings and other stylish details.
