Allegro restaurant gets a Michelin star
Allegro restaurant (Prague, Czech Republic), has become the first restaurant
in Czech Republic to receive a prestigious Michelin award. Another three
restaurants -Aromi, Brasserie M and Le Terroir - received a Bib Gourmand
award as offering “good food at moderate prices”.
Allegro is located at Four Seasons Hotel Prague and serves Italian
delicacies. The fact that the restaurant got the award comes as no surprise –
hotel’s current chef, the 31-year old Italian Andrea Accordi, has already got
the star for Aromi restaurant at Mánesova street (Prague 2), also specializing
in Italian cuisine.
Located on Vladislavova street (Prague-1), Brasserie M offers
French cuisine. So does Le Terroir on Vejvodova street.
