Powisle Power Station to be converted into a 5-star hotel
Menolly Group, the Irish property developer, revealed its plans
to restore the former Powisle Power Station building in Warsaw, Poland
(constructed in 1904), which will then be converted into a 5-star hotel. The new
hotel will feature a spa and congress centre, swimming pool and a gym.
The hotel will be located on the bank of the Vistula River, not
far from the Warsaw University Library, Copernicus Science Center – the first
Polish interactive educational centre, and a metro station. The investment site
will also include exclusive apartments, penthouses, offices etc.
