6-star hotel in Portugal
The first Portuguese 6-star hotel, Palácio da Quinta Resort & Spa, will
be opened at the famous resort, Quinta do Lago (Algarve) in 2009. The hotel will
occupy a 61.000 sq. m. territory and will offer 160 rooms and 80 apartments (a
total of 620 beds) along with such facilities as: sauna, spa and jacuzzi on the
terrace between the apartments and exclusive houses.
Another hotel - the 5-star Tivoli Victoria – will be opened in the province,
at Vilamoura in 2009. The property will be aimed at the development of golf and
business industries. Located at the 36,000 sq.m. territory, the hotel will
provide guests with 280 rooms and 900 sq.m. of meeting and conference space.
Tivoli Victoria will also comprise a 600 sq. m. ballroom.
