Statistics on airlines service quality, by AEA
AEA, Association of European Airlines, suggests statistics on
airlines’ service quality – or, to be more exact, the flight regularity. The
best is Icelandair (Iceland), with no cancellations announced in 2007. German
Lufthansa reached the same results, but only for remote flights, and it was only
13th for European flights.
The list of the best also includes such airlines as: Tarom,
(Romania), Air Malta, Adria Airways (Slovenia), Cyprus Airways (Cyprus), Finnair
(Finland), TAP Portugal, Austrian, CSA (Czech Republic) and
Malev (Hungary).
