New life of Madrid most known museum
The most famous art museum of Madrid (Spain) – Prado – has opened
its new complex. The official ceremony took place in the spring, but only now
the wing opened its doors to the visitors. To celebrate this event from October
30 till November 4 the
entrance is free of charge. New part of the museum house 400 works including
canvases by Velasquez, El Greco and Goya. According to the statistics, Prado
receives 2 million visitors a year and it’s expected that this number will
increase to 3 millions.
