Risma Holding buys Hilton Rabat
 Jones Lang La Salle Hotels company has sold its Hilton
Rabat hotel in the capital of Morocco to Risma Holding. The cost of the
purchase is about 89 million dollars what makes it the greatest deal in the
history of single hotel sales of Morocco.
Five-star Hilton in Rabat occupies 9 ha and
can offer 269 rooms, 20 bungalows, 6 restaurants and 2065 sq m of meeting space.
The hotel also has outdoor swimming pool, spa, fitness center, four tennis
courts and a golf course.
