Hilton expands in Turkey
Hilton Hotels Corporation expands in Turkey. The
announcement came during the opening ceremony of the first Hilton in Turkish
Dalaman.
The new property is located in the Mugla province at the
crossing of the Mediterranean and the Aegean coasts. It consists of several
connected buildings and offers 410 spacious rooms, including 52 apartments. Each
has a balcony overlooking the Aegean sea.
The hotel group has signed 13
contracts with its Turkish partners for new hotels to be built in the country.
In the next 2 years it will greatly consolidate its positions on this market.
Hilton is interested in such resorts as Bodrum, Cesme,
Kusadasi on the Aegean coast and Antalya on the Mediterranean coast.
