Hotel reviews

Mercure Hotel is worth visiting! Staying in this hotel brought lots of good impressions to our jouney. First I should say that our deluxe room is very fashionable and stylish. There were all necessari

es we needed in the hotel. I forgot at home hairdryer and was very glad that in the room was this amenity. Secondly, I enjoyed fitness centre and Turkish sauna as I am a big fan of it. The cuisine in the hotel was delicious. Certainly, I would recommend my friends to stay there))!!

I found the Mercure hotel Amsterdam Aan de Amstel very comfortable and cosy. The room and the lobby were very clean, the staff friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not very expensive

. The hotel located not very close to the center of Amsterdam and in 10 minutes of walking both to the close metro station and tram stop. But Amsterdam is worth seeing, so try to visit all sightseeings in spite of a long distance.

I liked very clean, tidy and spacious room. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, always ready to help us and give good advices. The restaurant at the hotel was perfect (not very expensive for the deli

cious meals). The hotel is located a little bit far from metro station and tram stops, but it didn’t make a great deal. Very nice and comfortable hotel!

Congratulations and thanks to the hotel management and staff - we really appreciated your service! Rooms are cleaned, breakfast is delicious!\nThe location is also good, close to the underground and t

ram stations, although it takes a while to get to the centre.\nAnd the Internet is free there, it's really great!\n

It's nice. Classic style. The river is right under the windows. So, it's easy and so romantic to rent a boat to explore Amsterdam from the water. \nThe atmosphere inside is nice. The great t

hing is to use the sauna services absolutely free if you are a hotel guest. \nThe staff is amazingly friendly. Their American breakfast is more than substantial.

We liked the pastries - so delicious! \nFor the guests the sauna is free. \nIn the room is a flat-screen TV. Although you are not spending much time inside, in the evening it helps a lot.\nAlthough th

e hotel is a while apart from the center, you are providing great opportunities to rent a boat or a bike to explore the city.\nThe hotel personnel is extraordinary polite and always at the mercy of any your wish. It's a great thing!

The sauna is free, it's great! As we like all modern staff, we'd appreciated the hotel design: bright colors, modern furniture, corresponding service and care.\nThe meal was fresh and reach.

The hotel has boat rent possibilities, so you do not need to go any where to book it. \nIt's rather away from the center, but you can rent a local bike also.\nClean and nice!

My husband and I have stayed at the Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Aan de Amstel with a group of 4 friends. All the rooms we have booked were very clean and modern. I remember well decorated and extremely st

ylish interior of the lodging. After staying in the hotel we made a similar conclusion about our stay in the Mercure hotel, that it was relaxing and very comfy!\nWe ate twice a day on-site the hotel. Tasty meals, good beverages. After having lunch or dinner we usually went for a walk. We have enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Amsterdam Hotel very much!

It's a Mercure hotel chain, with an actual design and very authentic. It stands beside the Amstel canal in the area next to the highway outside. In the immediate vicinity there are no bars or sho

ps, you have to make a walk of about 15 minutes to get to Kennedy Plaza. There you can take the tram number 25 which has stops at major attractions in Amsterdam (Albert Market, Museum, Dam Square, Central Station). This is parad origin and end of line and takes 30 minutes to downtown. Each ticket costs 2.70 euro each way. In this area there are some restaurants and small shops, little life in general, but manages to eat or you eat something if you do not want to go to the center.\nThe hotel has a couple of restaurants: a terrace overlooking the canal and tavern well sharing the same set of dishes. The dishes are well, the starters are around 14 euros ,main courses are 22 euros and desserts are seven (as you can see it's not cheap).\nThe rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The rooms also offer privilage king size bed, bathrobe and slippers, free LAN internet and a large bottle of water. You can rent bikes and scooters from reception (though I didn't use it, so I don't know the fee). \nThe thing mentioned as Spa Fitness in fact occured to be just a sauna.\nTo resume I must admitt that it's just fine for a business hotel, but maybe you'll ask for something more if you come to Amsterdam for holidays.

Hotel is located next to the freeway and really easy to access. For me checks-in/checks out are the way bit long. We tried the restaurant one afternoon, and I have to admitt it's a good price/qu

ality ratio. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the metro station and and it takes you around 15-20 mins to get to the city center. \n\nThe hotel is new and as long as it's located close to a highway, it's very convinient since you're travelling on a car. You can leave your car at the hotel's parking and then go on your visit to Amsterdam using the city public transport. \n\nRooms are nice and comfortable, good enough bedding and soundproofing is just fine. Despite of being the really functional, for me rooms have no individual charm, and it remains the Accor. The upper floors have a great view. If it's possible, you may ask the corner room, so you'll have three windows instead of usual one or tow, and thus a better view. \n\nDuring the week-end the paring was for free, but I'm not sure if it's all the same during the rest of a week. The price for a room during our week-end in Amsterdam was quite affordable.\n\nPeople, who work there, were very friendly and the hotel was very very clean. Of course, it would be better if the city centre was a bit closer, but we had no problems with it. The only downside was the price for a breakfast was a bit overpriced.
