Hotel reviews

  • Concorde Montparnasse hotel - excellent location!

The location of the Concorde Montparnasse hotel is excellent because you are in the center of all possible attractions and shopping. But the whole attraction of the hotel is not very good – rooms are

small and I didn’t like the decor. Don’t take anything from the mini-bar if you don’t want to pay for the whole bar. We took from the bar a bottle of red wine and when we left the hotel we had to overpaid 150 Euro! The staff was gloomy and never smiled. Breakfast didn’t impress me too…but if you like cheese, cold meat and eggs – you’ll be satisfied with such kind of food every day.

  • Very helpful staff!

I spent here 10 days in June and was very good surprised with the service. All the staff spoke several languages and fluent, excellent English. They helped me every time I asked for help – and always

with a smile on their faces. Once they cleaned my shoes for half an hour because I had to be at a very important meeting and earlier I had got under the rain. And the location…it’s great. My room (deluxe) faced a quiet street, so it wasn’t noisy in the room. The bar was full of wonderful cocktails. When you leave the hotel next to you you’ll see lots of shops, department stores and good restaurants. Everything is close to the hotel. I would certainly stay at this hotel again!

  • Wonderful bed...

We came to Paris on the 6th of October and stayed in this beautiful town for two weeks. The prices in the hotel were more expensive than we expected. But the bed was perfect. I’ve never slept so good

    – comfortable mattress, rather high…sweet dreams… The food was very delicious. The bathtube located very high and I suppose old people had problems with getting into the bath.

  • Second wonderful stay at Montparnasse!

This was my second stay at the Concorde Montparnasse hotel in Paris. This time I booked a smaller room, than a year ago, but it was only for a night so it didn’t worry me a lot. The breakfast was very

tasty. The hotel is close to the main sights, restaurants, shops and cafes. The taxi can’t stop right to the hotel but only in 10 meters from it because the road is blocked near the hotel. Very convenient location, good service and nice decor. Would recommend this hotel to everybody.

  • Perfect location of Montparnasse Hotel in Paris!

I with my friend stayed at the hotel for one night on the 1st of October 2008. The location is perfect but we had some problems with the staff. For example, during the breakfast the waitress offered u

s a seat near the door of a cafe and when we asked about the table in the center of a cafe she only shook her head and went away. The coffee was also awful and we went to have our breakfast in the nearest restaurant. The room was very nice but at night it was too hot and we couldn’t sleep without an air-conditioner. We might have forgotten this but the room cost 400 Euro. Next time I’ll book a cheaper room and tell about all much wishes in the room.
