  • It's an excellent hotel at a very good price. The staff was very friendly and ready to help us 24-hours a day, the rooms were clean, furniture cozy and bathroom comfortable and up-to-date. The breakfast was not very delicious but you could choose whatever you wanted - from hot to cool food. If you are fond of shopping you would like this hotel because all major shops are situated in five minutes from the hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel. I liked the stay at the hotel very much (a good price for a good service) and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Hotel reviews

Before my visit to Amsterdam I've read a lot about this city and found out that it's a rather expensive city, so when I found the information about the Eden hotel I was glad to see that pric

es were not very expensive here. I booked a room for 3 nights. I liked the furniture in the room, the bed and the location of the room, but it was too small for me and very noisy. If you travel with children this hotel don't suit you, but for me it was not a very big problem...I also liked the staff - very friendly, and delicious breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my unmarried friends.

An amazing one!\nFirst of all, location is superb – on the bank of the river that lets you to enjoy the meal viewing the beauties of the nearest surroundings. \nRooms are good. Very clean, esp. the ba

throoms. Beds are excellent: high with so comfortable mattresses. Only pretty good weather made us to jump out from the beds and hurry up to walk around the city to try to see as much as possible. What is worth only the floating flower market!\nThe staff was friendly too. We liked that we could buy tickets to the Amsterdam Hermitage from the concierge to avoid those long queues in the museum itself.\nOh, besides, the hotel has free internet PC in the lobby. \nWill not hesitate to visit Eden Hotel next time.

I have stayed at the Eden Hotel for 5 days. All about this 3 star hotel was great! The guestroom was bright, very clean and cozy, and also I have appreciated a pleasant view from the window. The locat

ion of the hotel was great. I could reach all interesting places very easily, as they were located in a few minutes from the lodging. \nThe hotel has good leisure facilities and a very hospitable staff! I would rather call the Eden Hotel as a gem of hospitality;)

Superbly located with a incredibly chip price for a centre hotel. There's been everything we could need in our room, bathroom with a hairdryer. As I mentioned, the hotel is situated in a very cen

tre of Amsterdam. So we could easily reach any shops, had any city sightseeing, visit coffeeshops and so on. As long as it's city centre we had no problems with transport cause everything was so close and within a nice minute's walk.\n\nThe beds were comfortable, I suppose. Can't say more definite as far as I'd felt asleep just as I got to our room :-))) The staff is very frendly, but there's one thing I would like to change. Breakfasts. It costs me 15 euros, but actually it's the way a bit expensive for what the serve. Anyway, you could go to any caffee around the city. \nAnd they say there's a realy slow internet, me myself I didn't use it, so can't say is it thruth or not.

We stayed on the first floor overlooking the street and yet we had no noise problem that wouldn't let us sleep.\nThe room was excellent, though we were in a superior which was generously sized co

mpared to those of similar hotels in Amsterdam. Breakfast was plentiful and really testy.\nThe hotel is at the central location, just blocks away from Dam Square and two stations (subway) from Central Station, the Waterloo station (3 lines leave us in that season) and 3 blocks, you have to cross the bridge over the Amstel and then turn right. If you have big luggage and getting by metro or tram, you should enter through the side of Hampshire Hotel - Rembrandt Square Amsterdam (Amstelstraat 17) that faces the back of the Hotel Eden and are attached (in fact share the dining room), since the street entrance on canal Street is very narrow and not very comfortable to go with rolling luggage.\nFrom there we walked to the sightseeing and even visited including Rijsmuseum.\nWe had WIFI in the room but it was not the best. Hassword was changed everyday and and we needed to take a new at reception everytime.\nLike most hotels in Europe, they put a kettle and tea / coffee for consumption by guests in the room without charge.\nThe hotel is roomy and comfortable. The front desk people could tell a little but nothing else was rude. Also in my case exceeded my expectations and would return to this hotel.

Great location. The hotel is situated close to many attractions within walking reach, there are many cafes and bars around. The location itself is very convinient, within a walking reach to any place y

ou might be interesting no metter is it a museum or disco-bars. A central station is 15 minutes away.\n\nRooms are cleaning very carefully, and for me it's extremely important to have clean bathroom and toilette in the room. All the furniture is very nice. There's a soft, comfortable bed in the room, where you can have a great sleeping. It's very quite in the room during all our staying there despite a very lively district. \n\nThe concierge was pretty nice and friendly, as all the staff around. And even more - all the city, which I liked a lot. \n
