Paris is known to be one of the most romantic cities in the world. Perhaps the reason for this is its very special atmosphere of fascination, charm and old-fashionedness, or its unique architecture, or maybe the innumerable restaurants, cafes and hotels with magic setting that will make the hearts of the two beat faster. Let’s discover some of the most romantic hotels in Paris.

Jays hotel. Rates from 490 €

Rated by tripadvisor as one of the most romantic hotels to stay at in Paris, this is perhaps not the place you should visit if you are a fan of five star giants like Ritz or Hilton as Jays has only several suites. However, this what makes it a very special spot since you are guaranteed the most intimate atmosphere and attention to the tiniest detail. Built in the middle of the 19th century, this is a small boutique hotel with spacious suites and staff speaking perfect English. Lots of pleasant surprises like champagne in your room or hot tea after a hard day of sightseeing will be waiting for you every day. The location is one of the best in Paris too: close to the Arc de Triomphe, avenue des Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. And if you are looking for a special place to enjoy your privacy, the hotel staff will be glad to give their advice from their own “Parisian” point of view. All in all, like one of the guests said, you feel comfortable like you are in a family.

Hotel de la tour Maubourg offers just 17 charming rooms all at a reasonable price, decorated with taste and great attention to the detail. The contrast of colours makes the rooms fashionable and chic. There are two rooms that the couples will probably like most of all: room # 3 with a private access to the hotel’s little garden and room # 11 in red velvet, decorated with antique furniture. The hotel has a hammam that is free to use if you want some relaxation. Some tourists noted that the breakfast offered at the hotel is slightly overpriced, however, you can enjoy croissants and coffee at the charming cafes nearby.
